Preparation
​Well hydrated skin can help the treatment be more effective so we recommend that you drink an ample amount of water prior to the appointment.
Avoid caffeine prior to treatment, as it dehydrates and "wakes up" nerve endings making you more sensitive.
Arrive to your appointment early so you are relaxed, rushing before your treatment may make you tense and nervous.
If you are very sensitive, you may take OTC pain medication before treatment.
Avoid wearing deodorant before an underarm treatment.
Clean skin reduces the risk or irritation, lotions, oils, deodorants and or make-up should be avoided on the areas to be treated.
If having body work done please come showered with clean areas.
Numbing cream may be applied 1 hour before treatment.
After-Care
Following treatment your skin follicles will be open and the skin sensitive with the potential for bacteria to enter. Keep treated area clean and dry. Avoid the sun, working out, hot tubes and any cross infection . For electrolysis on the face, try not to apply make-up for at least 24 hours. And for body work do not apply any products such as lotions, deodorants, powders, body spray etc. to the treated areas for 24 hours. Small bumps, soreness and redness are all temporary reactions to the treatment and are perfectly normal. To achieve the best results from your treatments keep up with appointments. Do not wax or tweeze hairs in between appointments

Hi, I'm Emily
After working in the hospitality industry for over 12
years I decided to pursue the Skin & Beauty world after receiving electrolysis treatment myself. I graduated from AIE with a license for Electrology and fell in love with this career as soon as I started. Being able to help people with their self confidence while
getting to know each client during their treatment seemed so natural. I am passionate about organic and vegan skin care and love to educate my clients on what can work best for them. I strive to give the best results while being professional, timely & efficient.
I’m all about family and friends on my days off so there are plenty of beach days, BBQ's and couch parties. I feel lucky to be born and raised in Southern California and try to live each day to its fullest.

I use all organic products when it comes to treatment including pre treatment cleaning and after care. My Apilus xCell epilator has top of the line technology for best results and comfort.

And I too hate hair in unwanted places. I fell in love with electrolysis after my very first treatment, and knew that this was an arena I wanted to be in. I come from a background in health education and services, so I am passionate about educating my clients and aiding them in receiving the best treatment and results possible. I pride myself on making my clients feel comfortable during treatments themselves and with the environment that they will experience. The relief and excitement that my clients exude after each treatment deepens my passion and value for this field.
I’m a graduate of California Electrology Academy’s 600-hour program where I trained in Thermolysis, Galvanic, and Blend technique. I am licensed by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
When I am not helping you feel your best, look your best, and in turn live your best life - I am adventuring with my family, hosting dinner parties with my friends, and maybe sleeping in until 7:00am (compliments of my several children).
